Privacy policy

Data collected

We collect no data automatically: this site uses no analytics and no advertising trackers, and sets no audience-measurement cookies. Only the map on the contact page calls on an outside service, Google Maps (see below). Your choice of light or dark theme is kept in your own browser (local storage) so that it carries from page to page; it is never sent to us.

Contact form

The form sends your enquiry straight to our mailbox, through our host Infomaniak, in Switzerland. We receive what you filled in: name, email, telephone, project type and description. This information passes through no third-party service and is used only to reply to you.

Use and disclosure

Your details are used solely to answer you and, where applicable, to carry out the appointment. They are never sold, rented or passed to a third party for advertising purposes. Contractors and consultants are given only what a project actually requires.

Retention

An enquiry that leads nowhere is deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to an appointment is kept for the duration of the works, then for the statutory retention period applicable to business records in Switzerland.

Access map

The map on the contact page is supplied by Google Maps. Displaying it sends your IP address to Google, which may set cookies and, if you are signed in to a Google account, link the visit to that account. This processing falls under Google’s own privacy policy and is outside our control. The full address is also written out on the contact page, should you prefer not to use the map.
